- Provide project and team administration support to the Auckland Industrial Section Manager, Team Leaders, Job Managers, and Project Managers/Directors across multiple projects.
- Coordinate inputs across disciplines and support project financial reporting and time capture, ensuring key stakeholders stay informed and aligned.
- Act as a trusted go‑to person, delivering a high‑quality, professional service to internal and external clients.
