We are currently seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our client’s busy operations team in Perth for an initial 3-month contract commencing in June.
 
This role will suit a highly organised and proactive administrator who thrives in a fast-paced project environment and has strong mobilisation and coordination experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating workforce mobilisation and onboarding activities
• Managing project documentation, timesheets, and compliance records
• Booking medicals, training, flights, accommodation, and site requirements
• Maintaining employee and contractor records across internal systems
