Position Overview

Responsibilities
Project administration to support a busy engineering team
Providing reliable and comprehensive reports to Project and Account Mangers
Accurately maintain records and databases 
Support the Project Manager with budgets 
Follow Expleo Business Processes to ensure compliance
Raising invoices
Raising Purchase Orders and matching payments 
Chasing outstanding invoices 
Support change management 
Checking and chasing Engineer timesheets
Full life cycle project administration responsibility of automotive projects for UK customer/s
Back Office support for the project and engineering team/sExchange and coordination of information within the project and management teamsRegular participation and reporting on project/s
