The Project Administrator provides administrative and organisational support to the Project Director and Project Team to ensure smooth delivery of engineering projects
This role includes document management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation of reports and presentations
Support the Project Director and project team with day-to‑day administration
Maintain project filing systems and ensure accurate document control
Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and take Minutes of Meetings (MoM)
Prepare reports and correspondence using Microsoft Word
Assit with PowerPoint presentations for client meetings and project updates
Arrange domestic and international travel via approved third‑party providers
Experience arranging meetings, taking MoP, and coordinating travel
