The Opportunity
We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Project Administrator to start ASAP on an ongoing temporary basis.
You will be responsible for managing the 3rd party liaison for large infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate responses to third party projects works from developers, construction contractors, and State agencies for large scale civil projects (e.g. subdivisions, rail and road infrastructure, renewal energy projects, and major utility crossings)

Liaison with third parties to ensure they understand processes and requirements and support ongoing engagement

Liaison with internal engineering team

Proactively promote safe work practices and co-ordinate third party awareness activities to external work crews and contractors
