You will provide crucial day‑to‑day administrative assistance to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting & Event Logistics: Coordinate workshops, room bookings, tech setups, and materials.
- Secretariat Support: Prepare agendas, distribute meeting packs, and record accurate minutes and action items.
- Financial & Travel Admin: Process invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests; coordinate travel itineraries in compliance with policy.
