Position Overview

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as a Logistics Control Tower, overseeing end-to-end coordination
  • Plan and manage daily logistics operations to support site requirements
  • Provide administrative support and prepare operational reports
  • Track and monitor import/export shipments and processes
  • Ensure proper documentation governance for submission, filing, and audit purposes
  • Liaison personnel between company and suppliers & customers in meeting their expectation and logistics services support
  • Handle customer feedback and expedite internal action and resolution
  • Arrange and follow up with 3rd party transporter on goods delivery and collection
  • Ensure all bulk chemicals ordering/supplies/stock inventory is within the permitted quantity on a weekly basis/check
  • Capacity planning for logistics resources in transportation (land and sea transport)
