Position Overview

            Job Description Key Responsibilities Project Support Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities. 
Maintain project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and schedules. 
Track project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders. 
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes. 
Accounting Support Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure alignment with financial goals. 
Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports. 
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports related to project activities. 
Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
