We are looking for a friendly and organized Project Assistant to support a one-night culinary event in Snowmass, Colorado. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced guest-facing environment and can help create a smooth, welcoming experience for attendees. The person in this role will assist with arrival coordination, guest communication, and on-site event support throughout the evening.


Responsibilities:

• Welcome attendees as they arrive and provide a positive first impression at the event entrance

• Manage the check-in process efficiently and help confirm guest access upon arrival

• Respond to attendee questions about event activities, timing, and general logistics
