Role:

• Project Associate – Building Envelope in our Rockville, MD location Job Description: As a Project Associate you will be responsible for providing support to the Project Managers and taking an active part in conducting on-site inspections to identify deficiencies, as well as ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and industry standards.


• Primary focus will be to work directly with a senior project manager on building envelope and façade related projects.
• Assist all aspects of restoration engineering projects on primarily existing buildings, from inception to completion, including assisting with field evaluations/investigations, design bidding, and construction administration and observation for projects under construction.
• At least 2+ years of work experience is preferred Estimated salary range for this position is $57,500  to $75,000  The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed.
