• Support the RFQ process with Commodity Buyers’ supplier panels.
• Receive, analyze and present Sourcing recommendations.
• Support the development and maintenance of key panel supplier relationships. Enforce group and local conditions as required.
• Support research on proposals for cost optimization actions.
• Track group purchasing savings and VA/VE actions and report in the Ivalua system.
• Interact with accountancy (price gap on invoices, price adjustments, etc.)
• Support the management of the end-of-life for components.
• Interact with corporate purchasing group to complete global requirements in North America.
• Ensure the conformity / validity of purchasing data recorded in ERP and reported in Ivalua.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain management.
• 2 years' experience as Project Buyer
• 3 years' experience within Automotive Market
