Reporting to the Credit Risk Change Portfolio Manager, the VP PMO will support the delivery and continuous improvement of the Change Governance Framework across a portfolio of regulatory, remediation and strategic transformation initiatives.
The role will be responsible for day-to-day leadership of portfolio governance, reporting, book of work management, resource and financial management, process documentation and stakeholder communications. The individual will act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, ensuring governance is effective, delivery information is accurate, and decisions are supported by clear, timely and actionable insight.
A key component of the role will be driving AI-enabled efficiencies across portfolio management and change delivery, reducing manual effort, improving reporting quality, strengthening controls and enhancing decision-making through automation and data-driven insights.
