Responsibilities

• Accountable for planning, implementing and monitoring work schedules in accordance to master and detailed construction programmes.
• Accountable for the completion of project within specific time and meets all clients’ requirements and quality, environmental, health & safety (WSHA) requirements.
• Accountable for preparation of monthly progress report, construction Method Statements and technical proposal.
• Accountable for resolving project disputes/clarifications during the execution of project.
• Ensures inspections and checking on site works have been conducted.
• Plans and sequences of the construction operations according to the Project Management Plan.
• Supports Quantity Surveyors (Projects) in verifying progress payments and claims.
• Assists in planning and deployment of resources such as manpower, machinery, equipment and material.
