Role PurposeAs GCS RIS Implementation Manager, you are accountable for the successful implementation of Roche’s digital products at the customer. In early product life cycle phases you will be responsible for implementing select RIS products in the ‘Nail-It’ phase of the product lifecycle. You will then be accountable for the successful onboarding and success of the affiliate implementations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide customer project expertise to the GCS Technical Product Manager.Support the product life cycle by improving product serviceability and implementability while keeping the broader solution in mind.Develop project documentation in accordance with the scope and deliverables of the project, following best practices.Alert the established escalation person(s) if problems are not resolved in a reasonable amount of time.Escalate to the manager and appropriate functional heads when major issues arise that pose risk to the project’s critical path.Follow or develop testing scenarios...
