Project Co-ordinator II (carrying the job title of ‘Academic Activities Liaison Officer’)

The Department of Chinese Language and Literature is now inviting applications for a full-time Project Co-ordinator II to assist with various academic and administrative duties.

The appointee will be responsible for (a) planning and co-ordinating the departmental promotional and academic exchange activities, conferences, seminars and other related academic events; (b) managing the publication of academic journal, books, and proceedings; (c) liaising with internal and external collaborative parties; (d)monitoring the progress and development of academic review and assessment projects; (e) writing proposals and reports; (f) overseeing general administration and managing the daily operation of the PG programmes offered by the Department; (g) providing secretarial and administrative support t...
