Responsibilities:
Track project budgets, committed costs, and actuals; assist with forecasts and variance reportingReview contractor pay applications for accuracy, schedule of values, lien releases, and insurance complianceMaintain change order logs and support cost impact trackingAssist with owner billings, draw requests, and intercompany billingsPartner with Accounting on job cost reporting and audit readineCoordinate financial and cost-related information between the GC, Accounting, and internal teamsMaintain organized project cost files and documentationPrepare reports, meeting minutes, and summaries related to project status and financialsQualifications:
²5+ years of experience in construction project coordination or similar role.
