Primary Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Controls PCs with coordinating duties, opening/closing Phase codes, internal change requests, data entry, job cost adjustments, accruals, and deliverables (Weekly Cost, Production, and Earned Value reports.)
• Assist with tracking Change Order logs, RR, Drawdowns, and updating/distributing the accounts receivables and CO logs.
• Assist with Purchasing logs and Equipment Logs.
• Assist PMs, Directors, VPs, and PCMs with accounts receivables, special reports, requests, or analysis.
• Work with Field Engineers and Timekeepers to ensure report accuracy in person‑hours daily.
• Work with Field Engineers to ensure report accuracy for quantities daily, daily productivity, and plan percent complete.
• Assist with PCs on Ecosys setup, manual B2W true‑ups, Job Cost, Client, Equipment, Trend, and Production Reports
