Project Controls Engineer (PCE) – Intel Foundry Construction Sourcing

Join our Intel Foundry Construction Sourcing (FCS) team. We manage a portfolio of on‑site capital projects across the globe, working with general contractors, A/E firms, and key trade partners in the semiconductor construction industry. In this role you will support both Intel sites in Chengdu, China and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, or be based at one of these locations.

Responsibilities

• Cost reporting, including commits approval and tracking at the detailed WBS level.
• Lead monthly project forecast development, funding requests and reporting.
• Enforce project controls incorporating schedule, productivity and earned value.
• Lead estimate development.
• Drive process improvements.
• Present financial updates to project and senior management.
• Influence cost‑reduction and cash‑saving opportunities using financial analysis.
