**Description**

We're adding a Project Controls & Estimating Coordinator to our corporate Operations team, which manages the planning and day-to-day support behind PCSI’s federal service contracts on military installations nationwide. In this role, you’ll prepare cost estimates for existing contracts, change orders, renewals, and new business opportunities by reviewing scopes of work, contract requirements, staffing needs, materials, equipment, subcontractor costs, and other key project details. You’ll partner closely with Operations, Business Development, Finance, Contracts, and other internal teams to gather information, analyze project needs, and support accurate, well-informed pricing decisions.

This position reports to a Director of Operations and supports the full Operations leadership team by helping coordinate priorities, organize project updates, track follow-up items, and keep operational work moving forward across our federal service contracts. We're lookin...
