Job Title: Project Controls Specialist
Job Description
This role involves working on a diverse array of projects, including infrastructure, mission critical, industrial, electrical, and civil projects, with budgets ranging from 5 million to a billion. The successful candidate will support the Project Controls Manager in implementing project controls standards, processes, and reporting across various projects.
Responsibilities

+ Develop and manage detailed project schedules using P6, including bid schedules built from plans and specifications.

+ Break down estimates, load costs and resources, and manage cost- and resource-loaded schedules using CPM.

+ Track and analyze project performance using earned value metrics (PV, EV, CPI, SPI) and communicate KPIs to project teams and leadership.

+ Monitor progress, update schedules with actuals, and identify impacts from delays, changes, or risks.
