Job Overview Plan, organize, assist and execute events from concept through completion
Responsibilities - Prepare event proposals including concept, budget estimates, timelines, and logistics, for client
- Develop creative briefs and work closely with designers to produce event assets such as invitations, signage, banners, and promotional materials
- Manage event logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual needs, signage, seating, and transportation
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and venues
- Create and maintain detailed event timelines, checklists, and run-of-show documents
- Oversee on‑site event setup, execution, and breakdown, troubleshooting issues in real time
