  • Prepare maintenance projects by reviewing work packages early and helping define task sequences.

  • Supervise day-to-day progress of the check to ensure compliance with EASA Part-145 and internal procedures.

  • Verify that planning provided by the preparation team is correctly followed during each phase of the check.

  • Ensure workload distribution aligns with available manpower for each shift.

  • Through team leaders, coordinate task execution across different skills (avionics, structures, cabin, sheet metal, etc.).

  • Make sure all task cards are completed correctly, with accurate data and required signatures.

  • Assess findings promptly to determine corrective actions and launch material requests without delay.

  • Guarantee smooth communication and proper handovers between shifts and technical teams.
