Project Coordinator – Pnr

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate projects across our portfolio.

Job Description

• Overall project planning for all projects in the portfolio.
• Planning, reporting, and logistical support to ensure timely delivery.
• Act as point of contact for sequencing.
• Communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders via BPMS.
• Create, maintain, and release Network, Service Orders, Sales Orders, Stock Transfer Order, and Delivery Note.
• Communicate planned service orders to the workshop and coordinate changes in start/finish dates per customer requirements.
• Take action when Workshop Coordinator reports deviations.
• Manage the flow of spare parts from order to consumption, including availability checks and status updates.
• Oversee the flow of project-relevant equipment and tooling from start to stop.
