The Role

We're hiring a Project Coordinator to support our Senior Project Managers and keep millwork projects moving from kickoff through installation. You'll be the connective tissue between clients, our drafting and production teams, and the field — making sure nothing falls between the cracks on projects ranging from small fit‑outs to multi‑million‑dollar commercial builds.

This is a excellent seat for someone who already has some millwork, manufacturing, or construction exposure and wants to grow into a Project Manager role. We're not looking for someone we must walk through the basics; we want someone who can pick up the rhythm rapid in a busy, hands‑on shop.

What you’ll do

• Track project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables alongside the PM
