Position Overview

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and closeout of construction projects to ensure work is delivered safely, on schedule, within scope, and on budget. This role coordinates field operations, documentation, scheduling, and stakeholder communication while proactively identifying risks, constructability concerns, and cost impacts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning & Mobilization

  • Prepare complete job packages for scheduling and mobilization, ensuring all permits, locates, drawings, and resources are obtained.
  • Submit and maintain valid utility locate requests; review documentation and site markings to identify conflicts prior to scheduled work.
  • Obtain and document overhead wire clearances and utility information before work begins.
  • Conduct site investigations to identify constructability issues, constraints, and safety risks.
