Position Overview

The Project Coordinator will work closely with an extended team to ensure project details transfer effectively between the various individuals and departments. The Project Coordinator provides full administrative and customer service and team support for the Emergency Response Department. This role is additionally responsible for daily interaction with employees regarding project details, front‑line project & logistical support and other administrative needs that impact the Emergency Response Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative support and document control to our Emergency Response department.
  • Liaise with various departments, project partners and team members regarding administrative matters.
  • Ensure full understanding of customer/client contracts and monitor departmental compliance.
