We’re seeking a candidate with experience in project coordination, or similar, who has strong communication skills and has the ability to streamline processes and improve efficiency to support a government‑sector client.
This is a temporary role until early‑December, starting ASAP, based in Wellington CBD.
Supporting the team with communications planning and streamlining workflows.
Coordinating content across internal and external communication channels.
Maintaining and coordinating feedback to contribute to process improvements or the development of new tools and processes.
Utilising project management tools for tracking, monitoring, and accountability.
Providing administrative support, including booking meetings, preparing agendas, arranging catering, managing travel bookings, and taking minutes.
