Job Title: Project Coordinator/ Facilities/ Construction
Location: Hershey, PA / onsite
Type: Contract / long term / indefinite
Compensation: $28 - $30 per hour
Work Model: Onsite every day
Hours: M – F, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (30 minutes lunch)


+ Perform diverse administrative duties to support the Facilities Management Asset Renewal.

+ Set-up construction project files, maintain files from Pre-Construction through Close-Out.

+ Set-up construction email folders, maintain and respond as needed.

+ Responsible for Asset Renewal email folder.

+ Maintain electronic project documents in MHS V:Drive and Procore, project management software.

+ Perform contract development through execution process.

+ Perform service requests and work orders for Facilities Management.
