Position Overview

About the Position

Reporting to the VP of Projects, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Assists with the change management process including notifications, submissions and pricing.
  • Assists with schedule entry and project updates in E2P.
  • Monitors the project schedule and assists in anticipating problems. Proactively notifies the Project Manager of any matters that may result in a change in the overall project schedule.
  • Tracks all RFI’s and approvals to ensure a smooth process.
  • Expedites any changes to engineering, detailing, fabrication and/or erection.
  • Attends project kick‑off meetings and records the Meeting Minutes.
  • Enters purchases into e‑requestor.
  • Updates the “Project Updates” section of the company intranet.
  • Assists in the coordination and tracking of drawings; compiles backup and issues progress drawings.
