Position Overview

            JOB TITLE: Project Coordinator: II

LOCATION: San Diego, CA (Onsite; 6 AM - 2 PM)

DURATION: 1 year

PAY RANGE: $30 - $39/hr.

Description:

Level II: 2 5 Years of Experience

Provides project manager support and assistance in scheduling meetings, documentation, updating project documents, communication, and training.

Updates the project plan. Assists in information collection and validations.

Helps prepare status reports and presentations. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

Must have strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.

Requirement: 

Bachelor's degree

2+ years of experience in utility operations, familiarity with material handling, and safety-first experience and culture
