Position Overview

  • Supervise daily operations of scanning team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Monitor achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly scanned volume targets
  • Submit daily, weekly, monthly accomplishment report to stakeholders and client
  • Maintain records of daily scanning output, operator performance, and technical issue
  • Manage team's attendance and planned leave, coordinate with Project Manager request for relievers.
  • Proper bookkeeping of Ins and Outs of books, ensuring completeness against the transmittal slip
  • Monthly inventory of equipment and grooming materials
