The Project Coordinator position plays a vital role within Professional Services Operations team, with a dedicated focus on supporting the operational and delivery needs of the Managed Services division. You will collaborate closely with the Regional Directors, Operations team, Project Managers and will be responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day operational tasks associated with Professional Services teams and projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage project setup and ongoing administration across Professional Services systems, including contract integration from CRM tools, task and resource configuration, billing setup, and maintenance of accurate project data.
- Oversee core operational processes such as weekly timesheet review and approval, monthly billing review and invoice approval, and preparation of utilization and project performance reports.
