Position Overview

Local Unit & Position Description:
The Inspection Coordinator reports to the Operation Manger and is responsible for day to day inspection coordination and relationships between clients, inspectors and DNV as per contractual obligations, focusing on both Network Performing Offices and local external Contracts operations.

The Coordinator performs the job within the framework of DNV Quality and Operational Procedures, Code of Ethics and the Group policy.

 Position Description:
Manage customers' requirements and Request for Inspection requests (RFI)
Identify qualified inspectors to fulfil a specific service request,
Submit Inspectors' CVs and quotes to Customers and monitor approval,
Ensure POs are in place prior to the scope execution and monitor spend if required,
Mobilize the inspector for the inspection visit and update the inspector’s schedule,
