You are an organized and proactive coordinator who enjoys keeping projects on track and teams aligned. You’re comfortable working across functions, managing details, and turning ambiguity into clear next steps. You communicate clearly, follow through reliably, and are energized by supporting teams doing complex technical work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate cross-functional project activities, ensuring timelines, owners, and deliverables are clearly defined and tracked.
- Maintain project plans, action logs, risks, and decision records, following up with stakeholders to keep work moving.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes, and document decisions and next steps.
