Position Overview

Monitoring the project, schedules, expenditures on the site 
Daily monitoring of the project's accomplishments (can do site visit occasionally) 
Responsible for all the documentations needed for the project 
Process the progress billings of the project 
Coordinate with clients, sub contractors, LGU officers, or suppliers for the project 
Ability to manage a team/manpower on site. 
Understands construction plan 
Knowledge in Pre -Construction and Actual Construction Process 
Knowledge on estimation of Bill of Materials (BOM) 
Decision Making 
Coordination
