What you will do:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the management of projects from startup to closeout, including but not limited to:
Prepare submittals for customer and engineering review.Create purchase orders and communicate job release requirements to vendors.Track delivery dates, maintain shipment summary and assist in communicating this information regularly to customers.Assist in maintaining project bill of materials and customer.Help to manage freight claims & return material requests.Perform project close out financial review and address any open items.Utilization of internal programs such as Eclipse& Job Management and an ability to navigate vendor tools necessary to complete tasks in a timely manner.Assist in maintaining strong communication between the customer, vendors, account manager and project team members.
