            Job Description:

Job Title:        Project Coordinator

Job Duration: 12+ months

Pay range:     $51-$57 USD per hour

Work Type:    Onsite (Schenectady, New York, 12345)

Overview/Responsibilities:

Collect, validate, and distribute daily project updates from field leadership including safety, progress, staffing, and issues.

Maintain daily and weekly project dashboards, trackers, and status reports for internal and customer use.

Assist with preparation and submission of customer invoices.

Support project budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting activities.

Assist with project schedule updates and execution tracking.
