Position Overview

            Responsibilities  To coordinate and monitor project schedules, work progress, and deliverables to ensure timely completion. 
To liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments on project-related matters. 
To prepare, maintain, and update project documents, drawings, reports, correspondence, and records. 
To assist in planning manpower, materials, equipment, and site activities for ongoing projects. 
To follow up on project timelines, work completion, variation orders, and outstanding issues. 
To attend project meetings, take minutes, and ensure proper follow-up on action items. 
To coordinate submissions, permits, approvals, and other administrative requirements relating to the projects. 
To perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
