Position Overview

            Responsibilities:  Develope project strategies 
Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project 
Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable 
Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards best solution 
Monitor and report on project progress, investigate and highlight potential issues to the management in timely method 
Liaise with project site teams and ensure timely completion of activities 
Responsible for planning and supervising the site progress and coordination with sub-contractors/consultants 
Attend site meeting & liaise with clients on all project issues 
Oversee and manage a team of site workers to ensure full customer satisfaction with the site activities being carried out 
Ensure timely delivery & keep track of all incoming materials for assigned projects 
Any other ad-hoc duties
