We are hiring a Project Coordinator – Operations to support the management of infrastructure facility operations, maintenance, and lifecycle activities across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support facility operations and ensure compliance with project agreements
• Coordinate with facility management teams on operational plans and performance
• Assist in monitoring service levels, reporting, and contract deliverables
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams
• Review reports, invoices, and project changes for accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and project teams

What We’re Looking For

• Experience or exposure to the P3 sector
• Strong understanding of working on government-related projects
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors is very important
