Position Overview

Job Description

  • Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information
  • Follow project schedules that include materials estimates and manpower needs to be submitted to management
  • Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports for company management
  • Work with field personnel to handle project issues as they arise
  • Build a strong team by cultivating relationships between each crew and illustrating how individual team members affect the success of the entire project
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Keep records of Crew attendance, and manpower used for each phase of the project.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong ability to deal with any issues
  • 3 or more years of experience in interior renovation
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
