Job Description

You will play a key role in supporting Spin Master's global IT portfolio across Enterprise Applications, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data, and Digital functions. Working in a matrixed environment, you will partner with Project Managers, Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), and finance teams to support project delivery, stage-gate governance, portfolio reporting, and PMO process improvements.

How will you create impact?

• Support Intake, Estimates Sizing, Prioritization, and Stage Gate governance processes across the IT portfolio.
• Coordinate project milestones, action items, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle from intake through to closeout.
• Maintain and update Jira boards, epics, tasks, labels, workflows, and Confluence dashboards.
