Project Overview:

• This role is tasked to assist a smooth operation and administration of several key internal governance committees.


• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing committee materials, distributing them in a timely manner, accurately recording meeting minutes, documenting decisions, maintaining associated trackers, and managing SharePoint sites with all relevant materials.
