Manage large, complex, global, multi-function projects involving a combination of workplace design, transaction management, construction management, facilities management and IT activities.
Work closely with the Real Estate Business Partners to understand the needs of the business units and facilitate the development of the best possible solution to meet the needs.
Manage a program of smaller real estate and facilities projects in an assigned portfolio of projects.
Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation point for the project client(s) related to the project.
Identify project issues, develop solutions and contingency plans, and Escalate as necessary.
Facilitate project kickoff/planning sessions to thoroughly document project scope and create an overall project schedule using MS Project.
