Key Job Responsibilities

AWS has an exciting Design Electrical Engineer opportunity in Dubai available for a UAE national with a family book. AWS is committed to contributing to the UAE goal of employing 75000 Emiratis in the private sector and Ministerial Resolution No.279. In this role you will lead design projects in operational data centers, remediate issues, upgrade existing infrastructure, and add new services. You will be the go to engineering resource for these projects and will provide lifecycle support from design through implementation.

You will use your Electrical expertise to:

• Perform design and equipment submittal review for Data Centers in your region.
• Interface with internal and external data center design engineering team, server hardware team, environmental health and safety team, field engineering, and controls engineering to promote standards that maintain consistency and reliability in services delivered.
