Position Overview

  • Studying drawings, specifications, and contracts to comprehend project requirements.
  • Preparing shop drawings and as‑built drawings for main contractors.
  • Creating production drawings, assembly drawings, and cutting lists for metal products.
  • Liaise with Production for the fabrication process.
  • Ordering materials using the electronic purchasing system.
  • Estimating raw materials for production.
  • Ensuring products comply with HDB & BCA specifications and requirements.
  • Assisting in preparing Construction Method Statements and other technical proposals.
  • Coordinating with the architect and site engineer to resolve problems and issues.
  • Preparing fabrication drawings for Facade works.
  • Preparing drawings and 3D models for construction, coordination, and as‑built purposes, and identifying clash detection within Archi & Structural.
