Job Summary

The Project Development Manager is directly involved in the development of the project from its inception to completion and turnover of the property. Responsible in the analytical aspects of the projects which include but not limited to market and target analysis, site analysis, financial feasibility, etc. Conceptualizes and implements effective marketing campaigns and is responsible in sales forecasting to ensure financial stability of the projects handled. Special projects/ tasks will be assigned as needed by the company.
