The services of Hays have been retained by our client, Mid and East Antrim Borough Council, to recruit a Project Development Officer (Capital) on a temporary contract basis for an initial period of 12 months with the possibility of further extension.

Your new role
Reporting to the Capital Works Manager, you will oversee the delivery of assigned Capital and Minor Works projects on time and within budget. This will include:

Developing action plans including costs and clear work programmes for a wide range of capital projects.

Ensuring that contractors, consultants and wider stakeholders involved in contracts co-operate effectively.

Efficiently and effectively managing capital works projects expenditure in line with the Council's tendering process.
