Qualifications

• Career Service Professional / Second Level Eligibility
• Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
• 4 hours of relevant training
• 1 year of relevant work experience

Competencies (preferably)

• Expert on engineering, urban planning or development management
• Skilled in preparing engineering works
• Expert in interpreting plans and program of work
• Capable of making documentary requirements per RA 9184/RA 12009
• Expert in computer software related to engineering
• Can prepare / review Business Cases/Pre‑Feasibility Studies and/or Feasibility Studies, and Project Evaluation Form/other project related documents for approval
• Can prepare Tender Documents
• Knowledge of the bidding process
