TheProject Development Officer shall be responsible for the management of files and data for housing/condominium development from project inception, planning, permit coordination, project implementation, and turnover.
What you'll do:
- Identify the market, products, and competitor profiles specifically targeting the middle-income segment
- Prepare and monitor financial templates for RDG projects; Understand the administrative side of Cost of Sales and OPEX Budgeting
- Able to ensure that the following permits are delivered for selling and construction commencement: 1) License To Sell 2) Barangay Permit 3) Development Permit 4) Environmental Compliance Certificate 5) Building Permit 6) Certificate of Completion 7) Occupancy Permit and 8) Certificate of Final Electricity Inspection
- Coordinate with the Permits & Licenses and Legal Dept. in securing the abovementioned permits/exemptions/ alterations
